Wide Leg Cargos

The Wide Leg Cargos pattern combines comfort and on-trend style in one! Featuring wide legs and a slimmer fit through the hips, these cargos are designed with a fitted elastic waistband for a relaxed, easy fit and simple sew. Drafted for stable stretch knits like sweatshirt knit or french terry, the pattern can also be made using woven fabrics such as stretch twill, chambray, or linen blends. Fabrics with more structure will help maintain the shape of the wide legs and cargo pockets. If you’re opting for non-stretch fabrics, sizing up will give you an even more oversized, baggy look. Whether you’re taking them to the office or lounging at home the Wide Leg Cargos are a cute and comfortable piece for your wardrobe. Customize your look with mid-rise or high-rise options, and choose between short or pant lengths (inseams from 28″ to 36″) for a perfect fit with any shoes you plan on pairing with them. Add a drawstring or some of the many pocket options for extra fun and functional details. With an elastic waistband, these cargos offer ultimate comfort while providing a fit that will stay with you even through some fluctuating.

• All Versions Feature an Elastic Waistband

The Wide Leg Cargos adult pattern is drafted for stable stretch knits with very little stretch.

Specific fabric suggestions: Sweatshirt, French terry, chambray, linen, linen blends, stretch twill… You can also use other stretch knits, but they will feel looser.

Sizes included: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, Plus 1X, Plus 2X, Plus 3X, Plus 4X, and Plus 5X (sizing/measurement chart on last picture). Both imperial and metric measurements included. You will receive the easy to print and match color coded pattern pieces on NO TRIM PAGES and have LAYERS so you can print only the size you need. In US letter, A4, A0 paper size, and Projector file formats, a cutting guide for rectangle pieces and rectangle pattern pieces included (so you can pick your preference to print a piece or not) and a full color and detailed picture step-by-step tutorial and guide to making the garment.
