Uptown Joggers – Youth

This is a PDF sewing pattern and tutorial to teach you how to create these garments. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL.

The Uptown Jogger- Youth pattern is an incredibly versatile pattern that will please all your littles you sew for.  You can create an elevated jogger with lightweight jean or twill, athletic bottoms, or even boardshorts all from this pattern. All options mean you can please everyone’s tastes and fill up whatever holes their wardrobe needs.  These joggers can be worn year round and go with every style top.

The Uptown Joggers- Youth can be sewn up in a woven/non-stretch, a stretch woven or a stable knit.  Grab a lightweight jean, twill, chambray for a dressier feel.  Or go for an athletic look with sweatshirt or athletic fabrics. You can go with all woven fabrics using the elastic hem, or go for the knit ankle cuffs.  Get ready for all the pockets with this pattern! You have so many to choose from, you’re sure to make your little one excited to have enough pockets for all their treasures. These joggers can make a great pair of pjs too, especially if you have taken your little one to the fabric shop and they are pulled like a moth to a flame to those character quilter cottons/flannels sitting in you stash!

Pattern options for the Uptown-Youth include:

• Rises: Mid Rise / High Rise
• Lengths: Short / Knee / Pant
• Pant Ankle Cuffs: Elastic Hem/ Knit Cuffs
• Pockets: Front Slat Pockets / Front Patch Pockets / Back Pockets / Side Cargo Pockets
• Optional Drawstring

The Uptown Joggers-Youth Pattern is drafted for light-to-medium weight woven fabrics or a stable knit.

Specific Fabric Suggestions: Rayon Twill, Boardshort fabric, Seersucker, Tencil Twill, Chambray, Linen Blends, Lightweight jean, Madras, Sweatshirt Fabrics (like this brushed French Terry), French Terry blends (like this Baby French Terry), Flannel and Cotton make great PJs as well.

You will receive the easy to print and match color coded pattern pieces on NO TRIM pages with LAYERS options at printing in both US Letter, A4 ,  A0 Copy Shop File, a Projector File, a cutting guide for rectangle pieces and rectangle pattern pieces (so you can pick your preference to print a piece or not), and a full color and detailed picture step-by-step tutorial and guide to making the garment.
