Due to the nature of a digital product not being able to be returned, we do not offer refunds on any files that have been downloaded. If you have not downloaded your file you can email patternsforpirates@gmail.com for an exchange or refund if you purchased the same pattern twice.
Exchanges
We only replace items if you accidentally purchased two of the same pattern, send us an email at patternsforpirates@gmail.com
