Sporty Piko
$10.00
This is a PDF sewing pattern and tutorial to teach you how to create these garments. THIS IS NOT A FINISHED GARMENT.
Warning, if you start sewing this pattern you may find it very difficult to ever stop!!! The options including in this pattern can give you such a variety of looks you will want multiples of each style! You might find yourself asking, “How many Sporty Pikos is too many?” My personal answer, “You can’t have too many!!”
Options include four lengths: cropped hemmed, cropped with drawstring, shirt banded and curved tunic. The cropped is perfect to pair with those trendy high waisted bottoms! You don’t even have to worry about perfecting that front tuck, it’s already the perfect flattering length for you. You can choose from curved hemline or banded for when you need a longer style top. Both have a very loose, relaxed, even oversized fit depending on fabric choice.
You can choose from short sleeve or long sleeve with cuff to make this pattern work year round. The back yoke and front chest pocket give some fun details you can play up or down depending on your fabrics. You can choose to top off the shirt with a simple neckband or a hood, which can be left unlined or lined with another fabric. The piko style is so quick and simple to sew up you can whip them out in no time!
