I purchased the sunshine dress pattern. I really like it, but wish there was a way to add sleeves… Do you have any options?

What fabrics are recommended for the cross body bodice?
My favorites are bamboo spandex, rayon spandex, lighter weight cotton spandex, modal< ITY 🙂
